My great idea of updating the blog every week was a great idea... we'll leave it at that. Not much craziness has been happening down under. There's been the occasional excitement of getting locked out of the apartment at 5 am after getting off work, being harrassed by crazy homeless people, and cleaning up the neighbourhood possum's bowel movements from our deck, but other than that it's been pretty tame. The big news in our lives is that we are now the proud uncle and aunt of Mr. Solomon Eyal Dodgson!! Congrats to Dave and Hannah on having the most amazing baby boy - we're super stoked and very proud! We were really hoping to be able to go back home for the baby and thought we might be able to when we saw that we had about $5000 in our Aussie account, but when we converted it to Canadian dollars it turns out we only have $4.59. We're sending our love from Australia and are very very proud!!
